Delivery
We understand the importance of your order, which is why we use a reliable, trackable delivery service. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Take advantage of our Next Day Delivery service on all orders:
- Monday to Thursday: Order by 1 pm for next day delivery.
- Friday: Order by 11 am for next working day delivery.
- Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund or exchange. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with the invoice or delivery note included, using a tracked and insured service like Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We cannot be held responsible if items are not returned via an insured and tracked service and the item is lost in transit.
